LaCividina was founded in 1976 in Friuli Venezia Giulia, in the northeast of Italy. Today it is an important company which produces armchairs and sofas for the contract as well as private sectors. Each project has a strong connection to Italian design, which is perfectly translated into products through careful selection of materials and finishes, and customized service for the customer. An expert and passionate team with incredible craftsmanship ability. Knowledge is handed down from generation to generation to offer our customers simply perfect collections of sofas and armchairs for the contract and residential markets. Experience, knowledge and passion for the craft are at the base of each successful product. Our control over every step when creating a product is the real guarantee we offer customers. To design, and then produce, with consideration of the environmental impact of the choices we make helps build a better future.

LaCividina aimed to create an even more rounded, eclectic and captivating offering, to develop a refined, stronger product range, providing the simplest and most elegant solutions to the most diverse of furnishings, and to work with prominent figures in the world of design, such as Antonio Rodriguez and Antonino Sciortino. From Luca Botto’s contemporary research through to the rediscovery of Pierre Paulin’s organic, almost prophetic design. Young and major designers, Sebastian Herkner, Constance Guisset, Form Us With Love, Michael Geldmacher, Simon Pengelly, Skrivo Design, Büro Famos, contribute with their creativity and research to enrich a collection that keeps getting broader and more transversal, deeply rooted in simplicity, beauty and quality and with recognizable values.
