Présentation
The image shows an example of a self-supporting meat rail system. To facilitate the lifting of quarters or half-carcasses of meat, a hoist has been incorporated into the structure within the loading area. • Weighing section detail: integrated load cell within the rail, can be supplied with or without the indicator.
• Standard indicator: IP 54 protection rating, available with adjustable bracket and multilingual display.

Hoists

• Hoist – head installation: equipped with automatic hook insertion device preventing hook fall during hoist operation. Available in 200 kg and 350 kg capacities; typically used in the loading area at the beginning of the rail path.
• Hoist – line installation: the "line" version is installed at intermediate points along the rail (e.g. near work tables).

Other accessories and devices

• Foldable shelves: useful for hygienic storage of crates/trays; removable slats and dishwasher-safe components; easily foldable when not in use.
• Trolleys to carry quarters: designed to transport quarters from loading to cold rooms with secured direct insertion into the rail; custom-made and available with a food-grade plastic cover on request.
• Foldable rail device: useful in loading area to approach trucks when standard rail passage through doors is not possible.
• Fire-door device: designed for sliding doors without the holing for rail passage.
• Electric entrainer: designed to overcome slopes and height differences; powered by electric motor with chain transmission; can be made with fixed 30° inclination and is available in various lengths.
